Molluscs Soup

Ingredients
1 Kg of muscles
parsley
garlic
olive oil
1 glass of white wine
2 spoons of tomato sauce
4 slices of bread
salt

 

Clean and wash the molluscs; make them open in a pan without water on the fire.
Drip them keeping the water that they will have given; mince garlic and parsley and make them become brown in the olive oil, add the tomato sauce, the white wine and some molluscs water. Let cook for 10 minutes.
Then put the molluscs in and let gain flavour with some water for a few minutes.
Toast the slices of bread and put them in the dishes with the fishes and the soup.
